Story:
In the heat of a moment of anger related to an argument with his spouse, our Client lost control of his temper and slapped his wife. Soon after the incident our Client and his wife were able to reconcile their differences in marriage counseling. We convinced the prosecutor and Court that our Client deserved to have this incident put behind him based on the steps he made toward rebuilding his family and reconciling his differences with his wife. The Court agreed, and all charges against our Client were dismissed.
